Eppendorf ThermoMixer Comfort Shaking Heating Block

This Eppendorf Thermomixer Comfort enables simultaneous mixing and temperature control. Possible applications include: enzyme reactions, transformations, denaturations of DNA, RNA and proteins, cultivation of bacteria and yeasts, bead technology, isolation of plasmids and DNA fragments from agarose gels, immunoprecipitation and hybridization. Two selectable program sequences with incubation, mixing and rest phases with subsequent cooling to 13 °C below ambient temperature and automatic recognition of the thermoblock and display of maximum revolutions. The Eppendorf Thermomixer Comfort has been tested and is in good condition. The offered configuration includes the 1.5 ml block shown. Up to 10 other insert blocks are available from Eppendorf.
